Monday 3/2/09

328. Nice to finally see some decent results.

No running today. Left foot is bad sore. If it keeps up, I'm headed to the doctor. Planning on doing some good biking tomorrow.

  2. doc's a wack on the blood pressure issue (rant, rant sorry). He's afraid if you get in shape you won't need him anymore. Treating the symptom not the source. Google Paul Zane Pilzer. Ok I'm done now.
    Remember, supplement or not, it's 80% food and 20% exercise. You can still eat right with a bad foot. You can do a lot of exercises without impact to your foot/ankle.
    Stay in the game J.R. don't let this kill your spirit.

  3. JR!I'm so sorry pete...or jake...whichever one it is, is being silly!Injuries are the pits but do not let it get u down!Force the bumble out the door and kick his own a** on the bike or something!i love u and i want to see u succeed...at getting fit and just at life!
